Peter was a first rate tour guide. My 13 yo thought he was a fantastic teacher and Peter kept my son’s interest for 3 hours - an impressive feat. Not only did I learn about Churchill and WWII in London, Peter introduced many thought provoking ideas about the ongoing influence of WWII on current day UK society and about inherent biases in museum curation. Fascinating!

I booked the London Churchill War Room Tour a couple of months back as a present for my boyfriend's birthday. We had the tour this Saturday with Peter and another guest, who also happened to be a historian. We really enjoyed each minute of the walk, Peter was a great guide as he is not only an impeccable historian but also a captivating storyteller. We would recommend it to anybody looking for an unforgettable experience into some of the most delicate and crucial years of London and Britain.
