The Borghese Gallery is closed on Mondays so we are unable to offer tours.

Is this tour wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, the Borghese Gallery is accessible to people with mobility issues. Wheelchair users can access a dedicated entrance, and wheelchairs are also available for rent on-site. Due to the cramped spaces, guests may occasionally be asked to temporarily swap their wheelchairs for the museum's smaller, easier-to-maneuver wheelchairs.

This was my 2nd visit to Borghese and quite different because of the particular interests of the docents.
I learned more about the Renaissance/Baroque period this time in terms of paintings and more about the sculptures last time.

Frank was personable and very knowledgeable. His appreciation for the subject matter was apparent and he was able to transfer that enthusiasm to the 4 of us. We did enjoy the initial start of the tour near the gardens and the explanation of the philosophy behind them. The selected art works discussed were also well documented. Excellent tour!
