The Borghese Gallery is closed on Mondays so we are unable to offer tours.

Is this tour wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, the Borghese Gallery is accessible to people with mobility issues. Wheelchair users can access a dedicated entrance, and wheelchairs are also available for rent on-site. Due to the cramped spaces, guests may occasionally be asked to temporarily swap their wheelchairs for the museum's smaller, easier-to-maneuver wheelchairs.

Hilary was a terrific docent on this tour, with her wealth of information as well as her spirited presentation bringing the info to life throughout our tour. She provided solid info that we took along with us as we continued on subsequent tours throughout our stay in Rome. She had a good sense of how to approach the tour so that for the most part we avoided the crowds, both with our location as well as capturing our attention throughout the time we had together.

Hillary was the best guide of any kind we have ever had. Tremendous passion about the art in the museum. We will be trying to book her for other private walks when we return to Rome in December with our other children.

Hilary is fabulous and she really knows her stuff! I will never forget my experience at the Borghese. Hilary is so passionate and we didn't want to the walk to end.
When my family and I left the Borghese, a woman approached us to ask what tour we were on. She said she observed our group and docent having such an enjoyable time and she wished she had been on our tour! She is traveling all over Europe and we gave her information about Context, so hopefully she will book some walks.
