Welcome tours are always important when traveling to new places and Jenny's tour was an excellent way to develop a real sense about Edinburgh's long history with a through line to current conditions. I have taken a number of food tours and this was the best ever. Kate's knowledge of Scottish food traditions and selection of foods plus the fun of going to the Sunday Farmers Market and having a picnic was marvelous. Kate was able to take us from century old foods and living conditions to modern today alive with stories of the foods we tasted. Thank you so much for your excellent tour and fun experience.
