Agnieszka was outstanding! She is knowledgeable, sensitive, insightful and compassionate. She was also very respectful of a member of our group with walking limitations. She is extraordinary at what she does and you are lucky to have her.
We loved our tour with Joanna! So informative and so seamless - we saw and learnt a lot in a very warm and relaxed way. Joanna really brought Krakow alive for us and wove together its fascinating history in a very engaging manner.
Fantastic tour of Krakow led by Jakub! He was very accommodating with our last minute request to adjust the time of our tour (our flights into Krakow arrived 6 hours late). He worked with us to find a good alternative time for the tour. He is an expert on Krakow history & Polish society/culture who deftly weaves interesting stories into the tour. He is also very nice, humorous, and fun to be around. My family & I truly enjoyed learning about Krakow from Jakub!
