The guide was intellectual, prepared, passionate and very professional. Yet, several times he was multitasking. He even admitted he was "overbooked" "three tours today I am juggling." Also, we never made it to a Banksey piece(s) because we attended a graduation of his young daughter from kindergarten. For the record he DID as if we could do this. As a father, of course I said yes. However the graduation was an hour later than he thought and we were delayed 90 minutes leaving Bethlehem following a very long and draining day. While he was EXCELLENT on the aforementioned traits, EXCELLENT, I did feel as the paying client, my needs weren't his priority.
