Ayumi did an excellent job taking us through Nishiki Market and places around. Starting in the Nishiki Tenmangū Shinto shrine, midpointing in the amazing basement of the department store, and ending with an awesome conveyor belt sushi meal (complete with the most potent wasabi sushi on earth!), Ayumi fed our bodies and minds. We tasted creations we like.y never would have without her urging and knowledge. A guided market tour is hands down way better than going it on your own and missing the good stuff!
