We had a great experience with Sven, touring Berlin in a day. The first thing he did was to sit with us (and a map of Berlin) to discuss what we were the most interested in seeing/visiting, and then made recommendations as to which to see in what order.
Sven was organized, informative and personable. We would happily have him guide us again.
