Michelle has been calling Paris home for more than a decade. Formerly a marketeer in Australia and Hong Kong, Michelle hopelessly fell in love with the City of Lights, quit her 9-5 job and never looked back. In 2018, she was professionally trained in French Pâtisserie at a prestigious culinary institute, before surviving a Michelin kitchen.

Her artistic sensibilities led her to Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, where she deepened her love for art history. Today, she is an officially licensed French museum guide, works at a French sculptor’s atelier-museum and looks forward to leading more art and museum tours here at Context Travel.

As a proud stepmother of two adolescents (!), Michelle is a family-friendly expert with solid experience adapting tours and creating fun, engaging activities for children & teenagers of all ages.
