To Whom It May Concern, Rating Alessia six stars is not adequate. If I could give her ten stars, I would. Alessia was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire tour experience. There are three areas I want to comment on: 1. Link up; 2. Alessia's knowledge; 3. Professionalism. First, Alessia communicated to us where we would link up for the tour. The link up to begin the tour went flawless and started on time Second, the tour and knowledge Alessia gave us on the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill was more than I was anticipating. Which was absolutely tremendous because she took her time explaining things and answering our questions. Alessia, highlighted aspects of ancient Roman architecture, politics, and life which was so important for my family to understand. The level of detail in the tour was outstanding and unfortunately we could only spend a half a day with Alessia. However, the half-day was equivalent to a semester of school. Finally, I would like to comment on her professionalism. It should be noted I had three daughters on the tour and one of them is now taking an interest in archeology after this tour and visit to Rome. We will see where that goes. However, it just highlights the degree of education, knowledge, and pride Alessia displayed during our tour. Alessia focused on us and didn't get distracted by either her cell phone or other digital devices. Alessia - keep up the hard work and thank you for everything you did to make our visit to Rome special. Respectfully, Eric
It was a phenomenal experience all around. The access with minimal to no lines saved a tremendous amount of time, but that’s only a small part of the experience. Alessia was a phenomenal guide and her input and experience on the grounds of the Vatican made all the difference in making this once in a lifetime experience truly that.
Perhaps a little long- 2-3 hours .....ideal
