No, however, your expert can give you information about how you can climb the tour on your own.

This was the only Families walk that I personally participated in, and I was impressed with the way Anais was able to connect with my 6 and 7-year-old nephew and niece as well as my 12-year-old niece, while keeping the conversation at a level that was still interesting and informative to the adult participants. Notre Dame and St. Chapelle are spectacular, though we perhaps could have spent less time at the Conciergerie, which pales a bit in that company. Bottom line, though, I would heartily recommend both this tour and Anais to friends.
We loved Pablo! His knowledge was extraordinary and his enthusiasm was fabulous. he knew how to reach adults and children alike.
This was the first time we used Context for a private tour and we were very disappointed with the experience. We travel quite often with our children internationally and we always use private tour guides. We usually hire local guides but Context tours was recommended to us by friends so we thought we would give it a try. However, this tour was not at all interactive. In the 2 1/2 hours on the tour, the guide asked the kids 3 questions! We started the tour in a cafe where we spent 30 min listening to the history of Ile de la Cite. This was fine because Elaine used a few books to show pictures of what the city might have looked like - However again, it was not at ALL interactive. She never asked if we had any questions must less try to engage the kids. I had to jump in several times to try to get the kids involved. After sitting for 45 minutes, we then walked over to the Conciergerie where we AGAIN sat down for another 30 minutes at a table and listened to her talk. Two of my children were literally falling asleep at the table so the guide clearly was not taking any clues from her audience. Even as an adult, I have to say it was extremely boring to be lectured. She repeated herself often had to refer to her notes and at one point literally read a list of the 3 lines of French kings. I finally had to stop her and ask her to get up and move and actually see something! After all the sitting around, we had less than 1/2 hour to visit the conciergerie and Sainte Chapelle. Without even considering the cost of the tour, I felt like we could have done a much better job just reading out a guide book. Unfortunately I don't think my kids will remember anything from the tour. I am sorry to say that I do not think I can recommend Context tours based on our experience.
