Will we visit the interior of Notre Dame on the tour?
Our itinerary will include the interior of Notre Dame, though please note we will not have skip the line access. The line moves quickly and we will use the time to introduce the interior portion of the tour.

Does this tour include climbing the bell towers of Notre Dame? Will we visit the crypt?
The bell towers remain closed to the general public. Our tour does not visit the crypt.

Does this tour include climbing the Saint-Jacques Tower?
No, however, your expert can give you information about how you can climb the tour on your own.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
Sainte-Chapelle is wheelchair accessible, but the Conciergerie is unfortunately not.

Where do we meet? Where does it end?
Generally speaking, the tour begins near Place Saint-Michel. Your confirmation email will have the exact meeting point details along with a map. The tour typically ends on the Ile de la Cité.

Marie was great. Our 8 year old thoroughly enjoyed the tour and all of the stories and history that Marie provided. While our 5 year old was admittedly a bit young for the tour, Marie managed to engage her for the first half. To maintain the kids' attention it might have been better to do a bit more walking around and looking at different things rather than sitting for so long and just talking about the history and architecture. We definitely appreciated a few breaks from walking/standing, but it would have been better if the breaks were a bit shorter. But overall Marie was very knowledgeable and we all learned a lot from her--adults included.
We booked 5 tours with your company in the span of 5 days in Paris. With the exception of this tour, our tours were excellent. The guides were very well qualified, well-prepared, communicated well and shared with us information that we would not have gotten had we toured the same site on our own. This tour was a complete waste of time and money. We did not learn anything that we would not have gotten if we had toured the same sites on our own. The tour guide was nice, but she did not have any special knowledge (if she did, she did not communicate it to us). In addition, she had the most offensive body odor that made walking near her very unpleasant. In addition, she did not suggest going to the top of Notre Dame. This was overall a tremendous disappointment and a very high price paid in terms of money and time for something that was an unpleasant experience and of no educational or tourist value.
Anais was flexible, considered the cold weather and also checked out the lines so we could move quickly to Sainte Chapelle with out a wait. I wish we were offered the opportunity to climb up, kids love that stuff. She spent a lot of time on the architectural elements of the Gothic cathedral, but I would have liked a little more time on any of the medieval works that were there.
