Can we use the tickets to re-enter the museum after the tour is finished?
Tickets at the Van Gogh Museum are timed, and re-entry is not permitted, but you can stay inside the museum as long as you like.
There are 6 in my group but your website won't allow me to include more than 5 participants. Can't you make an exception?
No, unfortunately, due to venue reservation restrictions made by the museum, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 5 people. If your group is larger, we recommend you split it into multiple groups.

Having a tour of Van Gogh with Agnes was such a valuable and illuminating experience! There are so many stories of Van Gogh in popular culture - along with a few select works of his - that can create a one-dimensional image of the artist. Agnes dispelled all these myths, using (but not relying on) the Museum to help us understand the emotional and psychological evolution and motivations of Van Gogh over the course of his life and how it was manifested in his art (most prominently in the last 10 years of his life). She also did a great job of explaining why Van Gogh became part of the art historical canon - and pop culture mythology. She made visiting the Museum a true learning experience!

What a wonderful tour!!! Excellent knowledge of everything VanGogh! And art in general. Being an artist with a PHB in art history she was able to quickly answer all our questions. And after the tour was over she assisted us on the tram to get to our next appointment. Without her assistance we would have been late!! Knowledgeable and kind. Two wonderful attributes! Thank you. Looking forward to our next visit to Amsterdam!
