Can we use the tickets to re-enter the museum after the tour is finished?
Tickets at the Van Gogh Museum are timed, and re-entry is not permitted, but you can stay inside the museum as long as you like.
There are 6 in my group but your website won't allow me to include more than 5 participants. Can't you make an exception?
No, unfortunately, due to venue reservation restrictions made by the museum, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 5 people. If your group is larger, we recommend you split it into multiple groups.

Thought the docent was wonderful - she did a great job of engaging us and highlighting the difference between Van Gogh and his contemporaries. She delved into the technique, his life story. She was wonderful - we truly enjoyed our tour.

The docent did not have good control on timing or how to avoid the crowds. We had to wait in line with everyone else to get into the museum. Then she was "finished" after the first hour (but the tour was to go 2 hours) - her only explanation was that she usually gave one hour tours of the museum. There was an extensive special exhibition on Van Gogh's mental state, but our docent had not seen it previously, so had no idea what to emphasize for the tour.
