Can we use the tickets to re-enter the museum after the tour is finished?
Tickets at the Van Gogh Museum are timed, and re-entry is not permitted, but you can stay inside the museum as long as you like.
There are 6 in my group but your website won't allow me to include more than 5 participants. Can't you make an exception?
No, unfortunately, due to venue reservation restrictions made by the museum, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 5 people. If your group is larger, we recommend you split it into multiple groups.

He was articulate and did not focus on works that were not Van Goghs. He also provided a wonderful tip about seeing the Hague.

Firstly, I appreciate Context Travel's call to let me know our docent would be running late. I think this is one of the great feature of Context Travel - you're always just a phone call away no matter where I am. And as I was late bc I was lost the day before for my Waterways Tour, I always try to be understanding about these things (especially planes, trains, subways, etc!). Linda was terrific! She engaged all 3 of us in the tour to discuss the paintings which allowed for great conversation and our different perspectives to be expressed. Linda is very knowledgable and has a great probative style to keep the discussion going. Again, I felt that it's much more than a crash course. So much about Van Gogh came together for me as the tour was well laid out and Linda's depth was incredible and she really left me thinking about the why and how of Van Gogh's work as well as his short but prolific life.
