Can we use the tickets to re-enter the museum after the tour is finished?
Tickets at the Van Gogh Museum are timed, and re-entry is not permitted, but you can stay inside the museum as long as you like.
There are 6 in my group but your website won't allow me to include more than 5 participants. Can't you make an exception?
No, unfortunately, due to venue reservation restrictions made by the museum, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 5 people. If your group is larger, we recommend you split it into multiple groups.

Very disappointed in this experience. This did not compare with other outstanding Context Tour experiences that I've had. There was no "theme" to the tour, and limited facts were given. The docent was knowledgeable and did share some facts, but these seemed quite limited when compared with the docents on our other two tours, who were fountains of knowledge. She spent a lot of time asking about our reactions to the various paintings, i.e., how did they make us feel?
The museum was crowded. However, she was difficult to follow because she was soft-spoken, it made it difficult to hear her. She seemed to "jump around" quite a bit. She seemed to struggle a fair amount finding words. I was exhausted when the tour ended, because I felt like I had to work to understand what she was thinking and trying to communicate.
We had three fantastic Context Travel tours in Rome a few years ago, and this is why we booked three Context Travel tours in Amsterdam. The Van Gogh tour has been the only real disappointment of the six that we've experienced.
