Erin was very personable & good with our characters. She had a really good plan for touring through the museum - both logistically and from an art / art history perspective. She was really passionate about her subject and really knew her material. All of us couldn't imagine going through the museum on our own and getting even half as much out of it!
We also took another tour a few days earlier...and Erin was leading another group at the same time...she made a point of introducing herself to us, saying she'd be our guide for this tour 2 days later.

Rob knew the museum and the exhibits so well - he planned the tour so that we saw the right pieces and managed to avoid the crowds as well! His knowledge and passion for the period just flowed through the tour. He supplied historical and cultural context as well as artistic commentary. He is a simply wonderful guide.

The docent did a superb job, combining some of the museum's history with being sure that we saw the Dutch masters, just as we wished. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and she had a contagious enthusiasm for the works she showed us. The four of us on the tour are collectors who have a fair amount of knowledge about art and we have been on many docent led tours. This one was one of the best we have had.
