Susan was amazing. Her knowledge of food and wine is encyclopedic and she frames food in the context of French hospitality and standards. She told us so much more than food and brought on the surrounding regions so we knew the origin of the cheeses, patties, fruit and meat. I highly recommend Susan as a guide and would gladly recommend her and this tour to anyone going to Paris.
